This Human Resources Early Talent Leadership Development Program is designed to launch an international HR career. It combines leadership development, one-to-one coaching, networking with senior leaders, and rotations across different roles and locations to build a strong foundation for future leadership responsibilities.
Program Overview
The program runs for two years and includes two distinct 12-month rotations across different HR functions. It starts in Dublin, where you will work as a Country HR Generalist supporting the Ireland business. In that first rotation, you will provide everyday HR assistance to employees and handle important processes such as payroll, onboarding, and offboarding, while also contributing to UK & Ireland HR transformation and harmonization work.
During the second year, you will move to another country in the region and continue developing either as a Country HR Generalist or as a Junior HR Business Partner.
The program is scheduled to begin in September 2026.
Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day HR support to employees in the Dublin headquarters role.
- Manage core HR administration processes, including payroll, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Support transformation and alignment initiatives across the UK & Ireland HR function.
- Complete two 12-month rotational assignments in different HR areas.
- Relocate to another country in the region for the second year of the program.
- Develop into either a Country HR Generalist or a Junior HR Business Partner during the second rotation.
- Participate in leadership development activities, coaching, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a closely related subject is required by August 2026.
- A master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Prior work or internship exposure is beneficial, with up to 3 years of experience considered.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
- A proactive, curious mindset and a willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfort with challenging assignments and new responsibilities.
- A clear interest in building a leadership career within a multinational organization.
- Readiness to relocate within the EMEA region during the program.
