Human Resource Internship

About the Role

DEN Agencies is looking for Human Resource Interns to support core HR functions in a work-from-home setup. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates as well as MBA students specializing in HR. The internship is designed to provide practical exposure to recruitment, sourcing, screening, onboarding, HR operations, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing and recruitment activities.
• Support screening efforts for potential hires.
• Coordinate onboarding and joining-related tasks.
• Help maintain HR operations and routine documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic, and professional approach.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with Google Workspace.

Additional Information

• This is a remote internship and can be done from home.
• Candidates must have their own laptop, a stable Wi-Fi connection, and a smartphone.
• An internship certificate will be provided.
• There is a possibility of a pre-placement offer (PPO) depending on performance.
