Overview
A stealth startup in San Francisco is hiring a highly organized, execution-oriented Head of Program Management to own major cross-functional initiatives and keep strategic programs moving on schedule.
What you'll do
- Own the program management function across the company.
- Translate strategic priorities into coordinated execution plans.
- Build and refine program management processes, frameworks, and operating practices.
- Work closely with teams across Engineering, Product, Sales, and other functions.
- Manage schedules, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Prepare progress updates and status reporting for company leadership.
- Strengthen operational efficiency and execution rigor.
- Keep teams aligned on goals, milestones, and ownership.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in program or project management.
- Background leading large, complex initiatives across multiple teams.
- Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
- Track record of driving execution in fast-moving environments.
- Hands-on experience with program management tools and established methodologies.
Preferred qualifications
- PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in technology or product-led organizations is preferred.
- Exposure to engineering and product team collaboration is beneficial.
