Role overview

This position is for a highly creative, growth-focused content professional who is deeply immersed in short-form video culture and trends. The aim is to help build Bump into a top-ranked App Store app across the Gulf states by creating standout content, working with creators, and experimenting quickly to find what resonates.

The role can be either a full-time in-person position in Paris or a remote role based in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Oman.

You will act as the link between Gulf internet culture and the Paris team, developing content, directing creators, testing bold ideas, and contributing to the app’s growth.

What you will do

• Own Bump’s growth strategy and content execution for the Gulf region.
• Take charge of all creator and content initiatives for the Gulf market.
• Create short-form videos, Reels, and UGC-style ad content designed to perform strongly.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of Gulf-based creators.
• Plan and run influencer campaigns with leading creators and smaller niche influencers.
• Partner with paid marketing teams to turn strong creative into measurable results.
• Spot emerging trends early, before they become widely visible.
• Draft creative briefs, provide actionable feedback, and help outside creators improve their output.
• Work closely each day with growth, distribution, and product teams in Paris.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, validate ideas quickly, and help define Bump’s creative direction.
• Support product launches, events, and Gulf-specific activation efforts.

Who fits this role

The ideal candidate is ambitious, self-driven, highly inventive, and comfortable working at speed. You should have a strong instinct for why certain videos perform well while others do not, and you should regularly engage with TikTok more than you would probably admit. A solid understanding of Gulf memes, humor, and online behavior is essential.

You should also be confident giving creators feedback that improves their work, be willing to work in a fast-moving Paris team environment if onsite, and be both experimental and detail-oriented—someone who can test many ideas quickly and refine them carefully.

Requirements

• Between 1 and 5+ years of experience creating short-form content, whether in a brand, agency, influencer, or creator setting.
• Hands-on experience producing content for advertising, especially UGC-style ads.
• Experience working with creators or providing creative direction and feedback.
• Strong awareness of TikTok and Instagram trends, as well as the Gulf creator ecosystem.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Prior experience living in a Gulf country.
• Must be open to working onsite in Paris or remotely from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Oman.

Working model

This is a full-time role. The position is remote for candidates based in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Oman, or in-person in Paris.
