नोकरीचे वर्णन
About the role
This position is designed for experienced quantitative specialists who want to help improve AI systems. You will collaborate with advanced models on work such as reviewing AI-created quantitative analyses, tackling technical challenges, and sharing feedback that helps shape how these systems handle data, models, and scientific reasoning. Candidates from fields like data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, operations research, or similar analytical disciplines are well suited if they are comfortable reasoning deeply about data and models.
Some people use this work as a side arrangement alongside a full-time job, while others make it their main focus.
How the selection process works
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If you are successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid projects will become available on the platform.
What you can expect
- Choose the projects you want to take on and decide when to work.
- Work independently on your own schedule, using your own computer from home.
- Hourly pay begins at USD 50 to USD 100+, and some projects may include bonus rates.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated quantitative outputs for correctness and practical relevance, including statistical work, predictive models, scientific reasoning, and data-based insights.
- Create and solve quantitative tasks used to train and evaluate AI systems across forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, and statistical inference.
- Produce concise technical write-ups and maintain well-structured analytical code.
- Deliver feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models focused on quantitative reasoning.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a quantitative role or research setting such as data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or a related area.
- Some coding ability is required, along with confidence in writing and reviewing analytical code from start to finish.
- Hands-on familiarity with statistical methods, predictive modeling, and experiment design, including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
- Strong English fluency at native or bilingual level, plus excellent writing skills.
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering is preferred; a master's degree or PhD is an advantage.
- Relevant proof of expertise is beneficial, such as a Kaggle competition ranking, AWS/GCP ML certification, or a similar credential.
