Duties and work scope

• Physical ability to lift heavy items, walk and stand for extended periods, and carry out demanding labor in difficult field conditions.

• Ability to read, follow, and pass on written and spoken instructions accurately.
• Ability to build productive working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and the public.
• Awareness of relevant federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills.
• Experience operating lawn and landscaping machinery such as gators, edgers, weed trimmers, blowers, electric motors, pumps, sprinklers, and irrigation systems, plus hand and power tools used in turf care and janitorial equipment such as power washers, vacuums, mops, brooms, and dusting tools.
