Graphic Designer

Role overview

Billini is expanding and is seeking a Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in fashion or retail. This full-time role is based at the company’s modern head office in Marrickville, New South Wales, where you’ll collaborate with a creative team in a fast-moving environment.

You will play a key role in developing branded visuals across retail, web, social, and wholesale channels. The position focuses on producing high-quality creative work that stays consistent with brand standards, supports campaign goals, and strengthens the overall brand look and feel.

What you'll work on

• Produce retail and point-of-sale materials that meet brand standards, size requirements, and deadlines.
• Develop seasonal lookbooks, digital flyers, promotional pieces, and in-store marketing collateral.
• Create internal documents that are polished, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Design packaging and logos in line with product development timing and the critical path.
• Build email marketing creative for both consumer and wholesale audiences.
• Update website graphics such as homepage banners and other seasonal web assets from creative briefs.
• Create motion and interactive content including videos, GIFs, and animations to support digital engagement.
• Prepare paid media and affiliate advertising creative when required.
• Carry out image retouching, colour adjustments, and optimisation for both print and digital use.
• Ensure all artwork is correctly prepared and consistent across digital and printed channels.
• Keep up with current design trends and bring fresh visual ideas into the work.

Experience and capabilities

The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. You’ll need to adapt brand identity effectively, manage several projects at once, and work well to tight deadlines.

Experience or familiarity with packaging design and production is an advantage, as is strong retouching ability across different file types and formats. A proactive, solution-focused mindset is important, along with the ability to contribute fresh ideas and execute them well.
