The team works on lead generation and ROI-oriented campaigns, along with healthcare marketing, local SEO, social media marketing, website design, branding, and white-label digital marketing support.
Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Google Ads Specialist / Google Ads Manager who can build, run, and improve paid campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max. The position calls for strong command over keyword research, audience segmentation, budget allocation, optimization, reporting, and testing. You will work closely with design, content, and account teams to improve campaign outcomes and deliver better returns for clients.
Experience and Location
The preferred experience range is 1.5 to 4 years. The workplace is in Vivek Khand 2, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. Working hours are 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, oversee, and refine Google Ads campaigns across the Google Ads platform ecosystem.
- Develop and run campaigns for the US and UK markets with a focus on improving ROI/ROAS and generating qualified leads.
- Carry out keyword planning, audience analysis, competitor review, and ongoing campaign tuning to lift performance.
- Track budgets, bidding approaches, and conversion measurement to lower CPL/CPA and support business goals.
- Review campaign data in Google Analytics (GA4) and present clear, actionable performance insights.
Required Skills and Tools
- 1.5 to 4 years of practical experience managing Google Ads accounts.
- Hands-on experience running Google Ads for US and UK audiences.
- Strong understanding of campaign planning, bidding, keyword research, conversion tracking, and optimization methods.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and work independently while driving measurable outcomes.
Preferred Profile
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Immediate availability to join is an advantage.
- Candidates based in Lucknow or nearby locations are preferred.
