Key duties

• Guide and manage the movement of vehicles and equipment within assigned work zones.
• Keep in regular contact with drivers, equipment operators, and supervisors.
• Help maintain safe movement for people and vehicles in crowded or high-risk areas.
• Use flags, hand gestures, and communication tools accurately and effectively.
• Watch the area continuously for possible hazards and escalate unsafe conditions without delay.

What the role requires

• Previous experience in an Aramco environment.
• Sound understanding of traffic control practices and site safety procedures.
• The ability to stay focused and vigilant for extended periods.
• Strong coordination and communication ability.
• Good spoken and written English.
• A proactive attitude, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to ongoing learning.
