F&B Franchise Operations Executive

Role overview

Vivandi Group is hiring an experienced F&B Franchise Operations Executive to support a new food and beverage launch in the UAE. The role is focused on franchise operations, outlet preparation, and helping ensure a smooth start-up for the concept.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Support the setup and day-to-day coordination of a new F&B franchise operation.
• Contribute to restaurant opening activities and outlet launch readiness.
• Work across franchise-related processes for concepts such as coffee chains, fast food outlets, cafés, or similar brands.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to keep operations aligned during setup and launch.
• Use strong analytical ability to help evaluate operational requirements and progress.

Requirements

• You should have 3 to 5 years of prior experience in F&B franchise operations.
• Background in franchise brands such as coffee chains, fast food, cafés, or comparable concepts is needed.
• Practical experience in restaurant openings, franchise operations, and outlet setup is expected.
• A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, or an equivalent qualification, is required.
• Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills are important for this role.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is a full-time onsite role.
