About RK1 Factory
RK1 Factory is dedicated to the design, fabrication, and installation of high-end architectural glass and metal products. Its scope includes decorative stainless-steel finishes such as PVD, brass, bronze, and mirror effects; aluminium and steel fabrication; glass partitions, shower enclosures, and custom glazing; decorative metal cladding; CNC laser-cut metal panels; balustrades and handrails; metal doors and architectural screens; mirrors; bespoke architectural metalwork; and structural steel with custom fabrication.
Role Overview
The Factory Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day factory activity, supporting production quality, managing technical coordination, and ensuring smooth installation delivery through to handover. This position also requires regular interaction with engineering, procurement, project teams, and clients to keep work progressing on time and to the expected standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct factory operations with responsibility for production flow, technical oversight, and quality control.
- Monitor and manage installation assignments from fabrication stage through final handover.
- Work in close coordination with engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
- Maintain client communication regarding project updates and technical issues.
