Role Overview
Join a luxury hospitality team in Doha as an Executive Lounge Attendant, supporting a premium club lounge experience in a renowned five-star resort. The property offers refined guest experiences across rooms and suites, dining, spa, fitness, pools, a private beach, and event spaces, with a strong focus on service excellence and Qatari hospitality.
Key Duties
- Keep a close watch on the club lounge to ensure seating availability, guest comfort, safety, and smooth service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and related equipment.
- Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic drinks as required.
- Restock ice, glassware, and other supplies, and promptly communicate replenishment needs.
- Wash dishes and serving tools when needed.
- Carry out opening and closing procedures.
- Request and move required supplies from the storeroom to the bar setup area.
- Safeguard liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage spaces.
- Record relevant updates in the department logbook.
- Estimate extra meal needs and pass special kitchen requests on time.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager immediately.
- Follow company policies, procedures, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
- Greet guests warmly, recognize their needs, support guests with disabilities, and thank them sincerely.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, handle documents accurately, and answer calls with proper etiquette.
- Build strong working relationships and collaborate to achieve team goals.
- Carry out other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors.
Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No prior related work experience is required.
- No supervisory background is needed.
- No license or certification is required.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Should be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including an entire work shift.
