नोकरीचे वर्णन
Role overview
We are seeking an Executive Assistant who will act as a strategic partner to a founder leading a fast-scaling platform focused on climate, AI, and regenerative agriculture. The principal is a globally recognized creator, investor, and venture builder with a far-reaching network across science, technology, investment, government, media, and the arts.
The work spans several connected entities involved in regenerative agriculture, biological science, AI-driven ecological intelligence, and international partnerships at the highest level. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to operate close to complex decision-making and contribute meaningfully to a mission-led platform that is expanding quickly.
This is not a conventional executive assistant position and is not suited to someone whose experience is limited to standard corporate scheduling. The person in this role will be deeply involved with a highly interconnected global ecosystem that includes investors, scientists, operators, founders, strategic partners, media contacts, conferences, and international leadership teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support to the founder during international travel and major events.
- Coordinate operations across multiple companies and initiatives.
- Prepare briefings and ensure timely follow-through on executive priorities.
- Manage international travel arrangements.
- Support conferences and events across the USA, Europe, the UK, Africa, and Asia.
- Travel in advance when needed to help oversee complex meetings, forums, and gatherings.
- Assist with high-profile environments such as Climate Week and Davos-level convenings.
- Coordinate government-facing and external affairs activity.
- Handle communications and relationship management with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Maintain scheduling across several entities and stakeholder groups.
- Support strategic outreach efforts.
- Assist with fundraising and investor relations coordination.
- Work closely with scientists, operators, leadership teams, and external partners.
- Track numerous fast-moving priorities across a rapidly growing platform.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience supporting a founder, investor, CEO, venture builder, or similarly complex principal who works across multiple entities, international ventures, board relationships, and constantly changing priorities.
This position will likely expand significantly over the next 12 to 24 months and may develop into broader strategic and operational leadership responsibilities for the right person.
Skills and attributes
- Strong understanding of how founders think and operate.
- Excellent judgment and natural instinct.
- Polished and sophisticated, while remaining grounded and unpretentious.
- Comfortable working around influential and high-profile people.
- Willingness to travel across the USA, Europe, the UK, Africa, and Asia as needed.
- High level of discretion and emotional intelligence.
- Strong organizational ability without becoming overly rigid.
- Composure in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to anticipate needs before they are expressed.
- Comfort moving between strategic discussion and direct execution.
- Collaborative mindset with low ego and strong follow-through.
- Tech-savvy and highly comfortable using AI tools, systems, and fast-moving workflows.
Preferred background
- Genuine interest in climate, regenerative systems, agriculture, AI, food systems, global development, or mission-driven ventures.
- Prior experience supporting internationally connected founders or leadership teams.
- Comfort operating in investor, scientific, media, and external affairs settings.
- Experience supporting senior external relationships, events, investor meetings, conference logistics, and post-event follow-up.
- Based in New York.
- Exposure to Ireland, the UK, or broader Europe is an advantage.
Additional information
This role is best suited to someone ambitious, curious, and genuinely energized by being close to builders, creators, scientists, investors, and work with global impact.
