Executive - Analytical Development

Role Overview

This position is part of an analytical development function within a pharmaceutical environment in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role focuses on extractables and leachables (E&L) work, method development, analytical validation, and documentation while operating in line with current good manufacturing practices and required compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out work in accordance with cGMP requirements and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Design and develop analytical methods for extractable and leachable compounds.
• Execute method validation and verification activities using different techniques related to E&L studies.
• Conduct extractables and leachables studies for various packaging materials using analytical tools such as GC/GC-MS, HPLC/LC-MS, ICP/ICP-MS, IR, UV, and other suitable techniques.
• Handle identification, investigation, and troubleshooting tasks connected with analytical work.
• Perform chemical analysis activities including extraction, refluxing, residue on ignition, centrifugation, evaporation, and similar procedures.
• Prepare study templates, E&L reports, analytical method validation and verification reports, and related protocols.
