Education Specialist

Role overview

This is a remote hourly contract opportunity for an Education Specialist working across the EMEA region. The role offers pay in the range of $20 to $40 per hour and is designed for a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours.

What you will do

• Create engaging, thoughtful questions inspired by image-based and video-based scenarios.
• Write clear explanations and well-structured answers that reinforce learning goals.
• Review responses and share practical feedback that helps improve performance.
• Work with teams across functions to improve instructions, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Present educational material in a clear, concise, and effective way.
• Analyze open-ended prompts and adjust your approach to achieve better results.
• Maintain accuracy, relevance, and strong educational value in every piece of content.

What we are looking for

• Background in instructional design, teaching, or learning sciences with substantial practical experience.
• Strong ability to break down complex ideas into simple, understandable explanations.
• Hands-on experience assessing reasoning and evaluating learning outcomes.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Careful attention to detail and a strong quality-focused mindset.
• Comfort working independently while collaborating in a remote environment.
