Drinks Stall Assistant

Role Overview

This position supports food and beverage stall operations across multiple locations, including Vivocity, Sembawang, Pandan Loop, Bukit Timah, Changi, Hougang, Orchard, Clementi, Plaza Singapura, and Senoko. The role may be taken up as full-time, part-time, or freelance, depending on the shift arrangement.

What You Will Do

• Prepare food and beverages, carry out light cooking, and handle washing up as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and maintain hygiene standards in line with food safety and sanitation rules.
• Move food supplies and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Assist the chef and kitchen crew with daily operations and other assigned tasks.

Working Arrangements

Work is available from Monday to Sunday, with part-time or freelance applicants able to choose preferred schedules of 3 to 6 days each week. Full-time engagement is based on 6 days per week and can earn up to S$3,000 per month.

Freelance shifts are paid weekly and vary by site and timing. Vivocity shifts include weekday and weekend options from 9am to 5pm, 2pm to 10pm, 5pm to 9pm, and 5pm to 10:30pm. Senoko shifts run from 5am to 1pm or 7am to 3pm. Clementi shifts include 6:30am to 3:30pm, 8am to 5pm, and 10:30am to 7:30pm. Bukit Timah shifts include 8am to 3:30pm and 7am to 3:30pm. Changi has a 7:30am to 1:30pm shift, Sembawang and Plaza Singapura have a 4pm to 10pm shift, and Hougang has an 8am to 12pm shift.

Pay Details

Vivocity weekday shifts pay S$14 per hour, including S$98 for a 7-hour shift, S$56 for a 4-hour shift, and S$77 for a 5.5-hour shift. Weekend Vivocity shifts pay S$16 per hour, including S$112 for a 7-hour shift, S$64 for a 4-hour shift, and S$88 for a 5.5-hour shift. Senoko pays S$12 per hour, with S$84 for a 7-hour shift; taxi-in claims are available for the 5am shift and the 6:30am Clementi shift. Clementi pays between S$88 and S$96 per day at S$12 per hour. Bukit Timah pays S$11 per hour, with S$77 for a 7-hour shift and S$88 for an 8-hour shift. Changi, Sembawang, and Plaza Singapura pay S$12.5 per hour at S$75 per 6-hour shift. Hougang pays S$12.5 per hour at S$50 for a 4-hour shift.

Requirements

• You must wear a plain black polo shirt, black long pants, and black covered shoes with no logos or designs.
• Applicants should be physically fit.
• A Food Hygiene & Safety Certificate Level 1 is required.
