Role overview

We are seeking a Designer in the United States for a fully remote opportunity. This role is posted on behalf of a partner company, which handles all applications and the next stages of the process. The position focuses on creating a consistent, high-impact visual and user experience across the website, product experience, and marketing materials.

You will help improve how people discover, understand, and interact with the platform through design that supports engagement and conversion. The scope brings together brand, UX, and product design, with an emphasis on raising website performance and product usability. In this high-ownership role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing in a fast-moving remote-first environment, while also helping establish scalable design systems and improving overall design quality across the organization.

Key accountabilities

Take ownership of website design from end to end, including information architecture, user flows, visual direction, and ongoing conversion-focused improvements.
Create and refine landing pages, marketing collateral, sales materials, pitch decks, and campaign visuals that support growth goals.
Drive UX design for product experiences by turning complex workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces.
Carry out user research, usability tests, and design critiques so decisions reflect real user behavior and feedback.
Work closely with Engineering to make sure designs are implemented accurately and meet a high standard in production.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems across web, product, and marketing touchpoints while contributing to the evolution of the brand.
Communicate design ideas, reasoning, and iterations clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience across product, UX, web, and brand design, supported by a strong portfolio.
Demonstrated history of delivering website and product UX work, rather than only concept or exploration work.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and modern UI/UX workflows.
Practical understanding of HTML/CSS and familiarity with design-to-engineering handoff.
Excellent attention to detail and a consistently high bar for design quality.
Experience in B2B SaaS, adtech, or fast-growing startup environments is strongly preferred.
The ability to contribute to existing design systems or create them from the ground up.
Comfort using AI tools to speed up ideation, iteration, and asset production.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first setting.
