Your role

In this position, you will work at the intersection of data administration and sales steering. The role focuses on maintaining strong data quality and turning information into insights that help the sales team make better decisions and spot growth opportunities.

Data management and master data

• Revise, maintain, and continuously improve customer and sales master data.
• Handle pricing and price list upkeep, including updates, standardization, and integration into the customer structure.
• Maintain consistency and quality of data in the ERP environment.
• Detect data mismatches and work to correct them.
• Help advance data standards and related processes.

Sales analytics and reporting

• Prepare analyses for existing customers, such as revenue trends and purchasing patterns.
• Carry out potential assessments and segmentation analyses.
• Develop and expand reports and dashboards, for example in Power BI.
• Translate findings into practical recommendations that support the sales team.

Business support

• Create ad-hoc analyses for sales and management.
• Prepare customer and market insights to support strategic decisions.
• Contribute to defining and further developing KPIs.

Your profile

• You hold a degree in business administration, business informatics, data analytics, or a similar field.
• You have several years of experience, ideally around 2 to 5 years, in data management, master data, pricing, analytics, reporting, or business analysis.
• You are highly skilled in Excel at an advanced level and have hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, as well as ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL or databases is an advantage.
• Experience in a sales-oriented environment or in commercial analytics is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com as a CRM system is a plus.
