Role Summary

The Customer Service Technician will handle standard Tier I work, support routine maintenance tasks, assist with kit management, and help resolve basic technical issues while maintaining strong customer service standards and strict safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out standard Tier I procedures, including wafer measurements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and wet cleaning tasks independently.
• Support senior engineers with corrective maintenance when required.
• Disassemble, clean, and rebuild kits as part of kit quality management.
• Learn and use diagnostic methods, documentation, and test equipment with guidance from senior engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
• Follow best-known methods, use knowledge management systems, and comply with intellectual property guidelines.
• Represent the company professionally while maintaining strong customer service standards.
• Keep the customer work area neat, orderly, and respectful.
• Maintain a positive attitude even in difficult customer situations.
• Observe all safety procedures and consistently treat safety as a core value.

Physical and Work Requirements

• This role is physically demanding and may involve extensive walking and long periods of standing.
• The job can require working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, and climbing stairs or ladders.
• You may need to lift up to 35 lbs.
• The role requires the ability to distinguish colors.
• Work may take place in noisy environments that could be difficult for people sensitive to noise.
• Use of hand and power tools is part of the job.
• Because the work is generally in a clean room, appropriate personal protective equipment must be worn, including coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.

• This is a full-time position.
• The employee type is Assignee / Regular.
• No travel is expected.
• Relocation is not available for this role.
• A 12-hour shift will be assigned to selected candidates.
