About the Company
FundRock NZ Limited is a licensed MIS manager under New Zealand’s Financial Markets Conduct Act. Through its fund hosting services, the business supports the issue and administration of investment funds in New Zealand for both overseas and local investment managers.
It helps offshore managers offer PIE-compliant funds to New Zealand investors without needing to complete the licensing process themselves, and it enables domestic managers to hand over fund issuance and administration so they can stay focused on investment management and distribution.
