This opportunity is for a Coordinator I, Help Desk role supporting a partner organization in the United States. The position operates in a fast-moving clinical research support setting, where prompt and accurate client assistance helps keep trials and research operations running smoothly.
In this role, you will act as a primary contact for clients, handling routine questions by phone and through a ticketing platform. The work also includes careful data entry, administrative handling, and regular system updates, all completed with a strong focus on accuracy and service quality.

Key accountabilities

- Handle system-based tasks and account changes, keeping records accurate, complete, and up to date across internal tools.
- Check back with clients within required timelines to confirm resolution and support a consistent service experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to escalate issues when needed and help drive full resolution of client requests.
- Adapt to changing priorities while continuing to meet productivity, quality, and service-level goals.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or business-to-business support, preferably in a regulated or structured setting.
- An associate degree, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain information clearly during client interactions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy, compliance, and quality.
- Comfort using Microsoft Word and Excel, along with database tools and internal systems.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while staying organized and prioritizing effectively.
- A practical problem-solving approach, with the ability to respond within established policies and procedures.
