About the Role

The Client Communications Lead will own and standardize customer-facing communication across the company’s projects. This position focuses on delivering timely, polished, and consistent messages to clients throughout the full journey, from sales through handover and into post-sales support.

The right candidate will bring solid experience in real estate development, client communication, and CRM platforms, along with the ability to work closely with Sales, Marketing, Construction, and Customer Service teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication Management

  • Build and update communication templates used across projects so messaging stays aligned with the brand voice and remains consistent.
  • Handle all direct client communications, including progress updates, construction milestone notices, payment reminders, handover notices, and service-related announcements.
  • Make sure customer queries and requests receive quick, professional responses in line with service expectations.
  • Keep a close watch on communication channels and ensure urgent customer matters are followed up without delay.

Communication Planning and Delivery

  • Plan and maintain communication schedules for project milestones and key customer touchpoints.
  • Coordinate grouped outreach such as email campaigns, SMS messages, and broadcast communications.
  • Draft and send newsletters, project announcements, and construction progress updates.
  • Assist Marketing with the rollout of new offers, promotions, and customer engagement activities.

CRM and Process Ownership

  • Use Salesforce CRM to organize customer communications, workflows, and communication records.
  • Keep templates, automated journeys, and customer information accurate, current, and optimized inside Salesforce.
  • Measure how effective communications are and monitor customer engagement results.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Project teams to collect correct project details and ensure messaging stays aligned.
  • Work with Construction and Development teams to share project progress and updates with clients.
  • Support crisis communications and issue handling when needed.

Reporting and Improvement

  • Prepare regular reports covering communication performance, customer feedback, response speed, and overall effectiveness.
  • Suggest ways to improve communication workflows and customer experience initiatives.
  • Ensure all communication activity follows company standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in communications, customer engagement, CRM, or marketing within a UAE real estate developer.
  • Proven experience handling client communications across several projects at the same time.
  • Practical, hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM is required.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong English and Arabic written and spoken communication abilities.
  • Good stakeholder coordination and relationship management skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with a strong eye for detail.
  • Ability to create communication templates, newsletters, and engagement campaigns.
