Role overview

This position is for a Business Development Representative focused on the Italian market. You will work remotely from Ireland or from a flexible Dublin office, identifying strong-fit companies and creating interest through thoughtful outreach. Your day-to-day work will involve using existing leads as well as building new opportunities through calls, email, and social media.

In conversations with prospects, you will explore their business needs and challenges to judge whether HubSpot is a suitable solution. Once a prospect is qualified, your job is to clearly present the value of HubSpot and move the conversation forward with an Account Executive. You will typically partner with 2 to 3 Account Executives and collaborate closely with them and other BDRs to uncover new opportunities.
