The Opportunity

Thryv is looking for a motivated, self-driven Business Advisor (Thryv SaaS) to join its high-performing field sales team across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a field-based position rather than a desk role. You will spend your days in the market meeting business owners in person, door knocking, making cold calls and networking. Your focus will be to introduce the Thryv platform, an award-winning all-in-one SaaS solution designed to help SMBs save time, improve communication and get paid quicker.

The ideal candidate will enjoy building a sales pipeline from scratch, staying persistent through challenges and using strong people skills to turn first contact into long-term client relationships.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect actively and make daily cold calls to create new business leads.
  • Use door-to-door outreach and networking to grow your pipeline from the ground up.
  • Meet business owners in person and present tailored Thryv SaaS solutions.
  • Handle the complete sales journey, from initial contact through to closing and onboarding handover.
  • Work toward and surpass monthly targets for new business sales.
  • Take ownership of your territory by planning each day with structure and intent.
  • Keep pipeline data accurate and provide updates to the Account Director.
  • Stay current on product changes, competitors and trends in the SMB market.
