EzerHR is looking for a Business Development Executive to help expand its client base and uncover new commercial opportunities. The role is focused on relationship building and supporting sales growth for a company that works in IT networking and IoT solutions.
Role Details
- Position: Business Development Executive
- Experience required: 0 to 2 years
- Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent credential
Preferred Knowledge
- Familiarity with IT networking and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions
- Exposure to B2B sales and business development processes
Key Responsibilities
- Discover and develop fresh business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
- Investigate target industries and assess potential customer fit.
- Use LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calls, and social platforms to create leads.
- Keep the sales funnel active and well organized.
- Develop lasting connections with both prospective and current clients.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable IT networking and IoT offerings.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to support onboarding and smooth transition of projects.
- Record sales activity, customer interactions, and opportunity status accurately in the CRM.
- Prepare periodic sales updates and track key performance indicators.
- Follow industry developments, competitor moves, and new technology trends.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
- Basic awareness of IT networking and IoT technologies.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentations.
- Good relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven attitude with a readiness to learn and meet sales goals.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms is beneficial.
