Role Overview

In this role, you will contribute directly to revenue growth by discovering new opportunities, developing leads, and converting business prospects across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments. The position calls for a strategic, highly driven sales professional with solid B2B SaaS experience, particularly in WhatsApp marketing, click-to-WhatsApp advertising, and related technologies. You will coordinate closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to create solutions that deliver measurable value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through both outbound prospecting and incoming lead channels.
  • Manage the complete sales journey, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM and sales tools such as Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Understand the product in depth and position tailored solutions for each client.
  • Explain WhatsApp-based marketing and automation approaches to senior decision-makers such as founders, CMOs, and growth leaders.
  • Create customized ROI calculations and proposals that clearly demonstrate business value.
  • Identify new sectors and use cases where WhatsApp marketing can be adopted effectively.
  • Work with the marketing and growth teams to support go-to-market execution.
  • Keep track of Meta and WhatsApp product changes, as well as competitive developments.
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts to support retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and help them grow with the platform.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Share market feedback with the product team to help improve the offering.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and performance metrics regularly to improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, preferably in WhatsApp, MarTech, or Ads Tech.
  • Strong working knowledge of WhatsApp marketing, click-to-WhatsApp ads, and automation workflows.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and client presentations.
  • Comfort using tools such as Pipedrive, Intercom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace.
