Role Overview
NAM Info Pvt Ltd is hiring for a Blue Yonder WMS professional in Chennai for a full-time payroll role. The position calls for strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS and related technical tools, along with the ability to troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing enhancements.
Technical Requirements
The core technical stack for this role includes Blue Yonder WMS, SQL/PLSQL, Moca, and Unix. Additional exposure to Control-M, Python, Shell scripting, and Page Builder will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly on Blue Yonder WMS and investigate incidents to identify the root cause.
- Resolve issues within the committed SLA timelines.
- Implement enhancements and carry out bug fixes in the production environment.
- Use knowledge of Blue Yonder base functionality to support day-to-day technical needs.
- Communicate clearly in both written and spoken formats.
- Be willing to work in shift schedules.
Experience Required
The role requires 6+ years of relevant experience.
