Biomedical Technician

Overview

We are hiring a Biomedical Technician to support our Dammam-based team in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on keeping medical equipment safe, reliable, and fully operational through inspection, servicing, troubleshooting, and preventive care.

What you will do

• Carry out regular checks, functional testing, and calibration of biomedical devices.
• Repair and maintain a range of medical equipment to ensure dependable performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on schedule to reduce downtime and faults.
• Work with equipment such as dental units, ICU and life support devices, operating room equipment, CSSD systems, ultrasound machines, and X-ray systems.
• Follow healthcare safety practices and comply with relevant standards during all maintenance work.

Role requirements

• A Diploma or Associate Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, or in a closely related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Practical, hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing biomedical equipment.
• Familiarity with one or more equipment categories including dental, ICU and life support, OR, CSSD, ultrasound, and X-ray systems.
• Strong awareness of healthcare safety and compliance expectations.
