Role Overview

Cornish Bakery is looking for a Team Leader to help create an excellent customer experience while supporting a positive, energetic bakery team. The business focuses on people, community and quality, with a clear purpose to nourish customers and colleagues alike. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys motivating others, maintaining high standards and leading by example.

What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts and help the team deliver consistently strong service.
• Coach and train colleagues so they work to brand standards.
• Prepare high-quality coffee and food items.
• Maintain excellent standards across service, product and presentation.
• Support the management team with day-to-day bakery operations.
• Use team members’ strengths effectively so sales opportunities are maximised.
