Backend Software Engineer Graduate (Pan-Architecture) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Role overview

The Pan-Architecture Server Architecture team works at the meeting point of business systems and infrastructure. The group focuses on using AI to strengthen core business infrastructure, supporting compliance and public trust, improving how resources and costs are managed, raising user experience and platform stability, and boosting engineering quality and R&D productivity.

Responsibilities

• Take part in architecture planning and development to help deliver dependable information services and a strong user experience for a very large user base.
• Design technical solutions, write core system code, and improve performance across existing systems.
• Help define coding standards and testing practices with LLM support, and contribute to quality-control processes for development.
• Work on technical problems involving high concurrency, heavy traffic, and service decoupling.
• Support technical exploration and product delivery in the LLM domain.

Minimum qualifications

• Final-year student pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong interest in computer science and internet technologies, with proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or Go.
• Good grounding in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and operating systems, along with interest in or research related to the LLM field.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex business logic into manageable parts.

Preferred qualifications

• Curious by nature, with strong learning and communication skills and hands-on exposure to the LLM area.
