Associate, Configuration & QA

Overview

This role focuses on keeping a gaming product running smoothly day to day, with responsibility spanning configuration work, quality checks, live environment support, and operational review. The position also involves working with teams across multiple offices and partnering with stakeholders locally and globally to solve product issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product’s daily operational needs, including configuration, quality assurance, live environment support, issue handling, and operational analysis.
• Track and address live issues such as bugs and hacks to help maintain product stability.
• Handle coordination for configuration and QA activities across different office locations.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders from different regions to troubleshoot and resolve product-related concerns.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance, live operations, or a similar area, ideally gained in a technology or gaming environment.
• Strong interest in games, with working knowledge of the gaming industry; familiarity with recent shooting games is preferred.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills, plus the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience handling detailed work that demands accuracy and close attention to detail is preferred.
