Key responsibilities

You will support the Store Manager in overseeing station store operations. This includes helping with staff hiring, supervision, daily task coordination, bookkeeping, merchandising, and maintaining consistent service standards. You will also be expected to deliver quick, friendly customer service and maintain regular, dependable onsite attendance.

The role also involves contributing to the food program, upholding high standards, leading by example, and showing urgency, patience, and leadership in everyday situations.

Physical requirements

Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
Ability to push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to 1 hour per shift
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials and place or remove signs
