Artificial Intelligence (AI) Associate - Fresher

About the role

This is a full-time AI associate position designed for freshers who want to build experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. The role is remote and focuses on supporting AI initiatives, experimenting with data and models, and helping improve AI-powered workflows and applications.

What you'll do

• Contribute to the execution of AI and machine learning projects.
• Explore new AI technologies and keep track of industry developments.
• Handle datasets that support model building and performance evaluation.
• Develop, refine, and validate prompts for AI-based tools and applications.
• Assist in building AI-led solutions and operational workflows.
• Record experiment results, observations, and project learnings clearly.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams on AI-focused initiatives.
• Join brainstorming and innovation discussions to generate new ideas.
• Stay current with progress in artificial intelligence and generative AI.

Who can apply

Applicants should be final-year students or graduates from B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, B.Sc., M.Sc., or similar programs. Candidates with a strong interest in AI, machine learning, and generative AI are preferred. Fresh graduates looking for a full-time AI role are especially encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI.
• Working knowledge of one or more relevant areas such as Python, machine learning, AI, deep learning, NLP, data science, SQL, or generative AI.
• Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to innovative AI work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Preference for candidates with academic projects, certifications, research, or hackathon experience in AI/ML.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks, large language models, automation tools, or data analytics platforms will be an advantage.
• Strong curiosity about emerging technologies and innovation.

Compensation and benefits

The annual pay range is INR 12,00,000 to INR 15,00,000. Additional benefits include a 5-day work week, health insurance, and life insurance.
