Accounts receivable and credit control

  • Run monthly internal review sessions to address billing mismatches and disputes, then ensure agreed action items are carried out.
  • Develop productive relationships with customers and internal partners to support collections and issue resolution.

  • Draft and deliver reports to the Group within the set deadlines.
  • Review customer credit profiles, including payment terms and credit limits, to reduce exposure and support efficient operations.

Internal controls and audit support

Assist the Financial Controller in reinforcing internal control standards by helping implement and monitor control processes that align with company policies and applicable local regulations. You will also coordinate assigned sections of the annual internal control audit process.

Month-end close and tax compliance

  • Complete assigned month-end closing duties within required timelines.
  • Handle GST compliance, including preparing and submitting GST returns accurately and on time.
  • Take on other ad hoc tasks or projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
