Role Overview
This position is focused on converting incoming marketing leads into booked sales appointments for a growing agency. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, and your conversations will directly influence whether a lead becomes a paying customer.
The business works with vacation rental owners to help them secure direct bookings through paid advertising. Since leads are generated from active ad spend, prompt follow-up and accurate qualification are critical.
What You Will Do
- Reach out to fresh leads within minutes of them arriving, with speed treated as a top priority.
- Use a structured script to check interest, budget, and expected timeline.
- Book qualified prospects into sales calls through the scheduling system.
- Persistently follow up with missed calls using WhatsApp messages and reminder touches according to the set cadence.
- Record every interaction and lead status update in the CRM.
- Send reminders before scheduled calls so confirmed prospects are more likely to attend.
Working Style and Accountability
This is a process-driven role, not a free-form sales conversation. Every call and follow-up is expected to follow the established script and sequence. The expectation is to work the system exactly as designed rather than improvising.
- Leads must be contacted on the same day they come in, without exception.
- All lead activity must be documented in the CRM.
- Performance will be judged mainly on two metrics: how quickly leads are reached and how many booked appointments actually show up.
- Repeated failure to follow the follow-up schedule or keep the CRM updated can lead to contract termination.
