About Qorelo
Qorelo is building AI-powered systems to take on some of the most important work in large enterprises: operating and modernizing SAP environments. SAP sits at the center of finance, supply chain, and operations for many of the world’s biggest companies, but updating it is often slow, manual, and dependent on heavy consulting support. Qorelo is working to change that.
The company is moving quickly to transform how businesses manage their IT stack, beginning with SAP, which is a critical foundation for many organizations. Its AI agents help teams integrate, migrate, and modernize SAP more efficiently and with fewer mistakes, reducing work that can previously take months. Qorelo has raised $3.5M from HPI Ventures, the fund linked to SAP co-founder Hasso Plattner’s institute, along with several other investors, and already serves Fortune 500 and DAX 40 companies such as Mercedes-Benz.

What You’ll Own
- Develop the data foundation that captures how SAP projects relate to each other, including configurations, outcomes, and domain-specific patterns.
- Take responsibility for the metadata layer, covering how information is tagged, connected, versioned, and prepared for querying.
- Create pipelines that collect SAP telemetry and consulting insights, then convert them into clean and organized knowledge.
- Partner with the AI team to ensure the models receive the most useful signals.
- Continuously refine the system based on feedback from each customer and deployment.
What You Need
- A strong background in data engineering, including pipeline development, schema design, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with knowledge graphs, graph databases, or relational models for complex domain data.
- Comfort working with large, messy, and partly structured enterprise data.
- A systems-oriented mindset that starts with architecture rather than only solving individual queries.
- High attention to data quality and consistency.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to SAP data models or ERP data structures.
- Experience building embedding pipelines, working with vector databases, or supporting LLM data infrastructure.
