Role Overview

Based in Dubai, this role sits at the center of office administration and operational support. The position supports the Country Manager and helps keep day-to-day office activity, internal coordination, and logistics running smoothly.

Key Duties

  • Manage routine administrative work across the office.
  • Assist the Country Manager with everyday operational tasks.
  • Create and review reports using spreadsheet tools.
  • Gather information and work with tracking systems and tools.
  • Handle research and one-off projects, including health and safety-related assignments.
  • Support employee joining and exit processes.
  • Coordinate business travel such as flights and hotel bookings.
  • Schedule and organize meetings.
  • Oversee office logistics, including client gift coordination.
  • Plan and run logistics for internal and external events, including meet-ups, holiday celebrations, annual team events, and happy hours.
  • Compile invoices for multiple accounts and prepare the required supporting documents.
  • Manage document workflows through platforms such as DocuSign and Kissflow.
