Position Overview

This role serves as a senior administrative leader for a court unit in Denver, Colorado. The position directs day-to-day administrative operations and may also support clerk’s office activities.   • Act as a resource for HR-related matters, including FMLA, workers’ compensation, short-term disability, and related employee procedures.
  • Manage fiscal support work such as invoice processing, transaction reconciliation, district budget monitoring, supply purchasing, reimbursement requests, and basic statistical analysis for planning and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors, review and verify contracts, and help ensure invoices are accurate and paid on time.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders by responding to questions, resolving concerns, and serving as a link between the district, the State Court Administrators’ Office, and other organizations.
  • Oversee special projects, events, meetings, and required trainings.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.
