About the company
Paire is a rapidly expanding Australian comfort-essentials brand focused on high-comfort, high-tech everyday products. Its range includes socks, underwear, loungewear, activewear and travel essentials, and it is already used by more than 200,000 Australians. The business is building a fast, in-house engine for performance content, and this role sits at the heart of that effort.
Role overview
This position owns the paid creative process from start to finish, including the angles, hooks, creative direction and performance data that determine what should scale next. The work is performance-led rather than brand-led, with success measured by hook rate, CTR, conversions and contribution, not by impressions alone.
Key responsibilities
- Build ad concepts, hooks, angles and scripts for Meta and TikTok, including UGC, EGC and lo-fi formats.
- Create concise creative briefs that allow producers to execute the content correctly on the first pass.
- Ensure the ad message and the destination page work together as one connected conversion system.
- Run a weekly testing plan, interpret performance data, expand winning ideas and stop underperforming ones.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate has already created or directed paid ads that scaled profitably and continued to perform as spend increased. You should be ready to share examples and the results that demonstrate that success. Hands-on experience running creative for TikTok and Meta is important, along with strong comfort reading performance metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR and ROAS. You will also need the ability to produce briefs that are clear enough for a team to work from without extra clarification.
Growth and development
The role is designed for someone with ambition and curiosity, especially a person who wants to broaden their scope over time. There is clear room to grow into landing pages and the wider conversion system as you develop in the position.
Nice to have
- Experience in fashion, apparel or comfort-essentials brands.
- Confidence using AI tools for creative and copy development.
- Exposure to landing pages, Replo or CRO work, with interest in developing this further.
- Comfort appearing on camera or directing talent.
First 90 days
Your onboarding will be treated as an important working project. During the first three months, you will break down the brand’s strongest past creatives, rebuild the performance reasoning behind them with new content and talent, and establish a repeatable production and testing workflow.
