About the internship

Traaexplore Private Limited is offering an on-site internship for an Operation Travel Intern in Bangalore. This role is designed for someone eager to build practical exposure in travel operations and sales support while learning how a travel assignment moves from the first enquiry through to trip completion.

The company operates as Traaexplore Wedding, an event management and wedding planning business that serves destinations across India, the Middle East, Turkey, South East Asia, Canada, and Bali. It has also received a Wow Awards recognition for logistics and hospitality.

What you'll do

• Build travel itineraries and prepare pricing proposals for clients.
• Assist the sales function by drafting proposals and handling client email communication.
• Maintain booking information and client data in the CRM system.
• Work with internal teams to help ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Gain exposure to the end-to-end travel operations workflow, from enquiry handling to final trip delivery.

Eligibility

• Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• They should be able to begin between 3rd Jul'26 and 7th Aug'26.
• The internship duration must be completed for 3 months.

Compensation and conversion

The internship offers a monthly stipend between INR 10,000 and 30,000. The stipend structure includes fixed pay of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month and incentive pay of ₹5,000 to ₹20,000 per month. If converted into a permanent role, the expected annual salary is ₹240,000 to ₹360,000.
