The organization operates a modern PET bottle recycling facility in Unnao and focuses on sustainable waste management. Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site internship for a fitter role in the recycling plant. The intern will support machinery upkeep, pipeline fitting, plant monitoring, and basic troubleshooting activities across production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the senior engineering team with routine servicing, repair, and maintenance of plant equipment such as crushers, washing lines, and refining machines.
• Assist with pipeline work, including alignment, layout, cutting, and fitting within the recycling unit.
• Observe and help coordinate day-to-day plant operations to keep PET scrap processing running efficiently.
• Work with the technical team to spot mechanical issues, troubleshoot breakdowns, and support fixes on the shop floor.
• Use and care for industrial tools, welding equipment, and measuring instruments in a safe and accurate manner.
• Follow factory safety practices at all times, wear the required PPE, and help maintain a tidy work environment.

Eligibility

Applications are open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 30 June 2026 and 4 August 2026, and stay for 3 months. Eligible applicants must be from Unnao or Kanpur Dehat and should have relevant skills and interest in the work. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.
