Role Overview
This in-office internship is for a Client Acquisition & Business Development Executive who will support sales outreach, client follow-up, lead tracking, and relationship building. The role is based in Thane and may be suitable for candidates from Thane, Navi Mumbai, Dombivli, Kalyan, Mumbai, Mira Bhayandar, and Thane West.
Key Responsibilities
- Place regular outbound calls to customers, prospects, and active leads.
- Track and respond to customer follow-ups related to quotations, queries, and project progress.
- Develop and nurture long-term customer connections.
- Maintain accurate customer information and lead details in Excel or CRM tools.
- Work closely with the sales team to move leads toward conversion.
- Arrange meetings and appointments for the sales team whenever needed.
- Communicate with customers over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Monitor follow-up activity each day and prepare sales updates/reports.
- Reach out to previous customers to encourage repeat business.
- Support efforts to meet monthly goals for sales and customer engagement.
Internship Details
This is a 6-month, full-time, onsite internship that starts immediately. The role offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to INR 15,000 and includes one opening.
