Its approach centers on operational improvement and close partnership with SMEs and founders to create resilient, market-leading businesses.
The first platform, Neuplaner, is an audit, tax, and accounting consolidation business that has secured €100M from institutional backers and acquires 7–10 companies each year. The team is also developing three additional platforms that are planned for launch soon.
