The Selector is responsible for preparing accurate and secure orders for stores and customers in a timely, safe manner. The role also includes carrying out assigned tasks across the RSC and contributing to a positive environment for both employees and customers.

Key Duties

• Build and prepare orders for shipment to retail locations.
• Keep the work area clean and safe in line with company standards.
• Handle additional tasks as needed.

What You Need

• Some high school education is required.
• No prior work experience is necessary.
• The job involves regular physical activity such as bending, lifting, and reaching.
• You may need to occasionally lift items weighing more than 88 lbs.
• Lifts above 50 lbs must be done with two people.
• You must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Work may involve exposure to very cold or very hot conditions.
• You need to stay alert around other people and moving vehicles.
• Availability for different shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.
