Warehouse and Logistics Documentation Specialist

Role overview

Sunda International is hiring a Warehouse and Logistics Documentation Specialist in Kajiado County, Kenya. This full-time, on-site position focuses on keeping warehouse and logistics records accurate, organized, and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Handle documentation for all inbound and outbound warehouse and logistics movements.
• Work with internal departments to make sure inventory, receiving, and dispatch records are precise.
• Follow company internal rules and procedures in all documentation activities.
• Set up and keep an orderly filing method so warehouse and logistics records can be found easily when needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics documentation position.
• Good working knowledge of warehouse or logistics systems, along with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational ability and a careful eye for detail.
