Role Overview
Kotak 811 is looking for Virtual Relationship Managers who can handle customer interactions remotely, strengthen client relationships, and support sales of banking products through phone-based communication. The position is suited for candidates with strong verbal communication and prior exposure to BFSI sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers over calls and develop lasting relationships.
- Present and sell banking and other BFSI offerings.
- Work toward sales goals and revenue targets.
- Provide a smooth customer experience and complete follow-ups within timelines.
- Keep customer information updated accurately in the CRM system.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be graduates, and both the result and mark sheet are required.
- Candidates should be no older than 31 years.
- Experience in selling BFSI products through calling is compulsory.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
Compensation and Schedule
The compensation package is up to 4.5 LPA CTC, with an in-hand salary of INR 32,000 per month. Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Weekly off includes all Sundays, along with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays.
