About the Company
Everise is a global, AI-driven customer experience organization with close to 30,000 employees operating across six markets. The company supports well-known brands in healthcare, financial services, insurance, and technology by delivering CX at scale.
Singapore is a key location where global direction is shaped. The local office is compact, but its influence is significant.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. As Vice President of Human Resources for Singapore, you will sit at the center of a business that is globally connected but strategically anchored in Singapore.
Although the position is based in Singapore, it is part of a broader HR network spanning eight markets across three continents. You will work closely with HR leaders in the US, the Philippines, India, and Latin America, using shared expertise and global support to strengthen people strategy across the business.
This role does not include a local HR team reporting into it. It is designed for a senior independent contributor who can operate with authority, judgment, and self-direction, while knowing when to engage global resources to drive results.
The company is looking for someone who has earned credibility in recognized organizations such as large multinationals, regional market leaders, or brands with strong APAC presence, and who has also succeeded in faster, leaner, more entrepreneurial environments.
What You Will Lead
- Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and contribute to leadership discussions with a strong people perspective.
- Challenge assumptions, surface workforce implications early, and recommend practical solutions before issues escalate.
- Design and drive the talent strategy for Singapore and align it with broader APAC and global people priorities.
- Shape leadership pipeline development, performance culture, and talent attraction strategies for the market.
- Set and protect the culture of a small but fast-moving office operating with global-scale expectations.
- Oversee the full Singapore people agenda, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compensation competitiveness, and compliance.
- Partner with HR leaders across global markets to ensure alignment between Singapore practices and enterprise-wide people standards.
- Bring the APAC viewpoint into global HR conversations and translate global direction into local execution.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR leader who is comfortable operating at senior level without a large supporting team. You should bring deep functional knowledge, strong business judgment, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
You are expected to be decisive, articulate, and calm in ambiguous or fast-changing situations. The role calls for someone who can work independently, leverage a global network effectively, and create impact through relationships, insight, and execution.
You must also understand Singapore’s employment landscape, regulatory environment, market dynamics, and cultural context, and be able to navigate them with confidence.
Eligibility and Commitment
Everise follows Singapore’s Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP) and evaluates candidates on merit. The company welcomes applicants from all backgrounds, regardless of age, race, religion, gender, disability, or family status.
This position is open only to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
Why This Role Matters
This opportunity is suited to someone who has spent years succeeding inside established systems and now wants to shape the system itself. The role offers direct access to the CEO, visible business impact, and the chance to make a meaningful contribution in an organization that values ownership, ideas, and action.
