Validation Lead

Role overview

A Validation Lead is responsible for reviewing both modular and services-related scopes of work. In this setup, modular execution is managed by dedicated vendor partners across India, while services are delivered through a curated network of Livspace-certified contractor partners along with an internal contracting team. The role exists to make sure vendor partners receive accurate inputs and that customer requirements are captured correctly.

Responsibilities

• Check drawings, BOQs, and site conditions to ensure they align with one another.
• Review drawings across all disciplines, including modular and non-modular KWS, furniture, civil work, electrical, plumbing, and related areas, and confirm the quantities for every BOQ line item.
• Spot design mismatches and anticipate risks that may affect execution.
• Call out any items that are missing from the BOQ.
• Complete BOQ finalization after resolving design-related queries and carrying out a detailed site-based validation.
• Deliver accurate validation reports within the defined SLA.
