US NON-IT Recruiter

Role Overview

This position is for a non-IT recruiter who can independently manage hiring for banking and financial services positions. The role is remote and aligned to EST working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for non-IT openings in the banking and financial services space.
• Identify and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networking channels.
• Review profiles, conduct screening conversations, and evaluate fit against client needs.
• Arrange interviews and drive the hiring process through to final closure.
• Partner with hiring managers to keep recruitment efforts on track and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
• Hands-on background in hiring for banking and financial services roles.
• Strong capability in sourcing, screening, and managing stakeholders.
• Ability to independently close positions without close supervision.

Preference

• Candidates who can join immediately or with a short notice period will be preferred.

Important Notes

• The company is looking for candidates with purely non-IT recruitment experience.
• Applicants with a mixed background in IT and non-IT hiring will not be considered.
• Experience primarily in healthcare or manufacturing recruitment will not be considered for this role.
