Overview
Plutus Media is hiring UGC Creators for its Internal Creator Program. This role is centered on producing short-form TikTok content for a variety of consumer apps and direct-response style campaigns, with a focus on consistent output, strong creative execution, and responsiveness to feedback.
What you will do
- Produce and publish 30 engaging TikTok videos every month.
- Create original short-form content that reflects each client’s brand voice, campaign goals, and marketing direction.
- Work with internal teammates to generate fresh content ideas and creative concepts.
- Share weekly analytics and performance updates for the account.
- Send content for review and approval whenever required.
- Carry out account setup and account-warming tasks according to project instructions.
- Keep a steady posting cadence and deliver content on schedule.
- Follow briefs and project guidelines closely while preserving content quality.
- Handle several campaigns or projects at the same time while staying responsive and on time.
- Reply promptly to team messages, feedback, and revision requests.
- Apply edits and recommendations quickly to improve results.
- Proactively flag any delays, blockers, or changes in availability that could affect deliverables.
- Take daily feedback seriously and keep refining content quality and performance.
- Join weekly account review calls and contribute to performance discussions.
What we are looking for
- Prior hands-on experience creating UGC for brands, consumer apps, e-commerce businesses, or direct-response campaigns.
- Ability to maintain a reliable production rhythm and meet recurring deadlines.
- Strong planning and time-management skills for juggling multiple deliverables.
- Comfort working independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Experience interpreting creative briefs and turning feedback into improved outputs.
- Clear professional communication and prompt follow-through on revisions and updates.
- Good knowledge of TikTok trends, platform conventions, and short-form storytelling.
- Strong creative instincts and careful attention to detail.
- Interest in content creation, social media, and fast-moving digital trends.
- A portfolio of UGC or short-form content samples may be requested to demonstrate style, quality, and performance.
Compensation and growth
- Fixed base payment for each project assigned.
- Potential to earn an average of $4,000+ per month by working consistently on multiple projects.
- Performance-based bonuses may be available.
Additional information
